3. AI Model Usage

When using AI models on our Platform:

  • Engaging in phishing or credential theft attempts

4.3 Impersonation and Misrepresentation

  • Creating fake accounts or using false identities
  • Misrepresenting your affiliation or credentials
  • Using AI to create misleading impersonations

4.4 Platform Abuse

  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to accounts or systems
  • Exploiting bugs or vulnerabilities
  • Using automated systems to scrape or harvest data
  • Circumventing security measures or access controls
  • Creating multiple accounts to evade restrictions

5. Intellectual Property

Respect intellectual property rights:

  • Only upload content you own or have permission to use
  • Do not infringe copyrights, trademarks, or other IP rights
  • Give proper attribution when using others' work
  • Respect licensing terms and restrictions
  • Report IP violations if you discover them

If you believe your intellectual property has been infringed, please contact us with a DMCA notice or appropriate legal documentation.

6. Privacy and Safety

Protect your privacy and the privacy of others:

We reserve the right to take immediate action, including permanent termination without prior notice, for severe violations.
