ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of StarFanAI ("Platform"). By using the Platform, you agree to comply with this AUP. Violations may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

You may NOT upload, create, generate, or distribute content that:

2.1. Depicts Minors or Child-Like Content

- Any depiction of individuals under 18 years of age

- Content that appears to depict minors

- Child-like bodies, faces, or characteristics

- Any content that could be interpreted as involving minors

2.2. Real Violence or Harm

- Actual physical violence or harm to individuals

- Non-consensual violence

- Content depicting real injury or death

- Extreme violence that violates applicable laws

2.3. Doxxing or Personal Information

- Publishing private personal information without consent

- Revealing addresses, phone numbers, or other private data

- Harassment through information disclosure

2.4. Real-World Threats

- Threats of violence against individuals or groups

- Terroristic threats

- Incitement to violence

2.5. Stolen or Unauthorized Content

- Content you do not own or have rights to

- Copyrighted material without permission

- Content stolen from other creators or platforms

2.6. Deepfakes Without Consent

- Deepfakes of real, identifiable people without their explicit consent

- Non-consensual synthetic media of real individuals

- Impersonation of real people without authorization

3.1. Full Legal Responsibility

- Creators accept FULL responsibility for the legality of all content they upload

- Creators must ensure all content complies with:

* Laws in their country of residence

* Laws in Sweden (Platform jurisdiction)

* Laws in all jurisdictions where content may be accessed

* International child protection laws

* Copyright laws

* Privacy laws

3.2. Content Guarantees

- All individuals depicted are 18+ and verified

- All content is consensual

- All content is legal in the creator's jurisdiction

- Creator owns or has rights to all content uploaded

3.3. Platform Review

- Platform may review flagged uploads

- Platform is NOT required to pre-screen all content

- Platform may remove content that violates this AUP

- Platform's review does not constitute approval or endorsement

4.1. User-Generated Content Host

StarFanAI operates as a user-generated content hosting platform, similar to YouTube, Twitter, and Patreon. We provide technology and infrastructure but do not create or control user content.

4.2. Notice and Takedown

- We respond promptly to valid takedown notices

- We comply with DMCA and similar copyright laws

- We remove illegal content when notified

- We are not required to monitor all content proactively

4.3. No Liability for User Content

- We are not liable for content uploaded by users

- We are not responsible for content legality

- We are not responsible for copyright violations by users

- We are protected under safe harbor provisions of applicable laws

4.4. Content Removal

- We reserve the right to remove any content at our discretion

- We may remove content that violates this AUP

- We may remove content that violates applicable laws

- Removal does not create any liability or obligation on our part

5.1. AI content must follow identical rules as real content

5.2. AI-generated content depicting minors is strictly prohibited

5.3. AI-generated content must comply with all applicable laws

5.4. Creators are fully responsible for AI-generated content they upload

6.1. Violations of this AUP may result in:

- Immediate content removal

- Account suspension

- Account termination

- Permanent ban from the Platform

- Reporting to law enforcement authorities

- Legal action

6.2. Zero Tolerance

We have zero tolerance for:

- Content involving minors

- Illegal content

- Copyright infringement

- Fraud or abuse

7.1. Users may report violations through the Platform's reporting system

7.2. Reports are reviewed by our moderation team

7.3. Serious violations are reported to appropriate authorities

8.1. We reserve the right to modify this AUP at any time

8.2. Material changes will be notified to users

8.3. Continued use constitutes acceptance of modified AUP
