PAYMENT & PAYOUT TERMS

1. SALES ARE FINAL

 

1.1. All sales are final. Digital goods and services are non-refundable.

1.2. Subscriptions, tips, PPV purchases, and other transactions are final once completed.

1.3. No refunds will be provided except as required by applicable law.

1.4. By making a purchase, you acknowledge that sales are final.

 

2. CHARGEBACK POLICY

 

2.1. Chargebacks are considered fraudulent if the service was delivered.

2.2. Chargebacks will result in immediate account suspension.

2.3. Chargebacks may result in permanent account termination.

2.4. We reserve the right to pursue legal action for fraudulent chargebacks.

2.5. Chargeback fees may be charged to your account.

 

3. CREATOR PAYOUT TERMS

 

3.1. Stripe Connect Express

- All payouts are handled automatically by Stripe Connect Express

- Platform does not control payout schedules, thresholds, or methods

- Stripe is the source of truth for all payout information

 

3.2. Platform Fee

- Platform takes 20% fee on all transactions

- Fees are automatically deducted by Stripe via application_fee_percent

- Creator receives 80% directly to their Stripe account

 

3.3. Payout Processing

- Payouts are processed automatically by Stripe based on their schedule

- Processing time is determined by Stripe and your payout schedule

- Funds become available based on Stripe's processing and risk checks

- Platform is not responsible for payout delays or Stripe processing times

 

3.4. Payout Methods

- Payout methods are managed entirely by Stripe

- Creators set up bank accounts and payout preferences in Stripe Dashboard

- Platform does not collect or store payout method information

 

4. STRIPE PAYOUTS

 

4.1. All payouts are processed by Stripe Connect Express.

4.2. Payout schedules, methods, and thresholds are managed in your Stripe Dashboard.

4.3. Platform is not liable for:

- Stripe payout processing delays

- Stripe account restrictions or holds

- Bank account verification issues

- Stripe's risk assessment decisions

4.4. Stripe may charge payout fees which are deducted from payout amount.

 

5. TAX RESPONSIBILITIES

 

5.1. Creators are solely responsible for taxes in their country of residence.

5.2. Platform does not withhold taxes unless required by law.

5.3. Platform may provide tax documentation upon request.

5.4. Creators must comply with all tax obligations in their jurisdiction.

5.5. Platform is not responsible for creator tax issues or penalties.

 

6. FUND HOLDS AND RESTRICTIONS

 

6.1. Stripe may place holds or restrictions on funds based on their risk assessment.

6.2. Platform does not control or approve fund holds - Stripe handles all risk management.

6.3. Funds become available based on Stripe's processing and risk checks.

6.4. Platform is not responsible for Stripe's fund hold decisions.

6.5. Contact Stripe support for questions about fund holds or account restrictions.

 

7. PAYMENT PROCESSOR LIABILITY

 

7.1. Platform is not liable for:

- Failed payouts caused by creator's wallet or bank

- Blocked transactions from payment processors

- Payment processor errors or failures

- Network issues with payment processors

7.2. Platform will make reasonable efforts to resolve payment issues.

7.3. Platform is not responsible for third-party payment processor actions.

 

8. COMPLIANCE

 

8.1. Payment Processing

- Stripe Connect Express: Compliant with payment processing standards

- All payments processed through Stripe

- Stripe handles PCI DSS compliance, KYC, and regulatory requirements

 

8.2. EU Payment Rules (PSD2)

- Platform complies with PSD2 requirements where applicable

- Strong Customer Authentication (SCA) implemented where required

- Payment security standards maintained

 

8.3. Swedish Accounting Laws

- Platform maintains proper accounting records

- All transactions are recorded and auditable

- Compliance with Swedish financial regulations

 

9. RECURRING BILLING

 

9.1. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled.

9.2. You are responsible for cancelling subscriptions before renewal.

9.3. Platform will notify you of upcoming renewals when possible.

9.4. No refunds for renewals you fail to cancel.

 

10. PAYMENT DISPUTES

 

10.1. Payment disputes must be reported within 30 days of transaction.

10.2. Platform will investigate disputes in good faith.

10.3. Platform's decision on disputes is final.

10.4. Disputes do not guarantee refunds.

 

11. CURRENCY

 

11.1. All prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise stated.

11.2. Currency conversion is handled by payment processors.

11.3. Platform is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations.

11.4. Actual charges may vary due to currency conversion.

 

12. MODIFICATIONS

 

12.1. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time.

12.2. Material changes will be notified to users.

12.3. Continued use constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.
