CONTENT & UPLOAD POLICY FOR CREATORS

1.1. Content Ownership

- You retain full ownership of all content you upload to the Platform

- You are the sole owner or have obtained all necessary rights to your content

1.2. License to Platform

- By uploading content, you grant StarFanAI a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:

* Host, store, and display your content on the Platform

* Transmit and distribute your content to users who have access rights

* Create thumbnails and previews of your content

* Use your content for Platform operations and technical purposes

- This license continues for as long as your content is hosted on the Platform

- You may revoke this license by removing your content from the Platform

1.3. No Transfer of Ownership

- Uploading content does not transfer ownership to StarFanAI

- You retain all intellectual property rights in your content

2.1. Age Verification

- All individuals depicted in your content must be 18 years of age or older

- You must have verified proof of age for all individuals depicted

- You must maintain records of age verification for all content

2.2. Consensual Content

- All content must be consensual

- All individuals depicted must have given explicit consent

- You must have documentation of consent for all content

2.3. Content Standards

- This Platform maintains PG-13/suggestive content standards

- All content must be intended for adults (18+)

- Explicit sexual content is prohibited

- Content must comply with payment processor policies and applicable laws

- Focus on emotional connection, flirtation, romance, and fantasy fulfillment (not explicit sexual acts)

2.4. Legal Compliance

- All content must be legal in your country of residence

- All content must comply with Swedish law (Platform jurisdiction)

- All content must comply with laws in all jurisdictions where it may be accessed

- You are solely responsible for legal compliance

You must NOT upload content that violates:

3.1. Child Protection Laws

- Any depiction of minors (under 18)

- Content that appears to involve minors

- Child-like characteristics or features

- Any content that could violate child protection laws

3.2. Copyright Laws

- Content you do not own or have rights to

- Copyrighted material without permission

- Stolen content from other creators

- Unauthorized use of third-party intellectual property

3.3. Privacy Laws

- Content that violates privacy rights

- Non-consensual sharing of private information

- Deepfakes of real people without consent

- Impersonation without authorization

3.4. Other Prohibited Content

- Real violence or harm

- Doxxing or personal information disclosure

- Real-world threats

- Illegal activities

- Content that violates our Acceptable Use Policy

4.1. AI content is subject to identical rules as real content

4.2. AI-generated content must NOT depict minors

4.3. AI-generated content must comply with all applicable laws

4.4. AI-generated content must be clearly labeled if required by law

4.5. You are fully responsible for AI-generated content you upload

5.1. Content Review

- Platform may review flagged uploads

- Platform may use automated moderation tools

- Platform is NOT required to pre-screen all content

- Platform's review does not constitute approval or endorsement

5.2. Content Removal

- Platform may remove content that violates this Policy

- Platform may remove content that violates applicable laws

- Platform may remove content at its discretion

- Removal does not create liability or obligation

5.3. No Guarantee of Approval

- Platform does not guarantee that content will be approved

- Platform does not guarantee that content will remain available

- Platform may remove content at any time

6.1. Content Violations

- First violation: Warning and content removal

- Second violation: Account suspension (7-30 days)

- Third violation: Permanent account termination

6.2. Serious Violations

For serious violations (minors, illegal content, copyright infringement):

- Immediate permanent ban

- All earnings frozen

- Content removed

- Reporting to law enforcement authorities

- Legal action

6.3. No Refunds

- No refunds for lost earnings due to violations

- No refunds for removed content

- No compensation for account termination

7.1. Platform Not Liable

- Platform is not liable for content you upload

- Platform is not liable for legal violations by creators

- Platform is not liable for content removal

- Platform is not liable for account suspension or termination

7.2. Creator Indemnification

- You agree to indemnify and hold harmless StarFanAI from any claims arising from your content

- You are responsible for all legal costs and damages

- You are responsible for all content-related liabilities

8.1. You may remove your content at any time

8.2. Removal may take up to 48 hours to process

8.3. Removed content may remain in backups for technical reasons

8.4. You remain responsible for content that was accessible while hosted

9.1. We reserve the right to modify this Policy at any time

9.2. Material changes will be notified to creators

9.3. Continued use constitutes acceptance of modified Policy
