StarFanAI is a platform that allows creators to build and monetize AI-powered virtual influencers and companions through subscriptions, messaging, and digital content.

This Cancellation Policy explains how you can cancel subscriptions on StarFanAI.

1. How to Cancel Subscriptions

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings:

1. Log in to your StarFanAI account
2. Navigate to your account settings or subscription management page
3. Select the subscription you wish to cancel
4. Click "Cancel Subscription" and confirm your cancellation

2. Access Continues Until End of Billing Period

When you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to all subscription benefits until the end of your current billing period.

For example:

• If you cancel on day 10 of a 30-day subscription, you will have access until day 30
• If you cancel on day 5 of a monthly subscription, you will have access until the end of that month

No refunds are provided for the current billing period or any unused subscription time. You will not be charged for future billing periods after cancellation.

3. Cancellation Confirmation

After cancelling, you will receive:

• A confirmation message on the Platform
• An email confirmation to your registered email address

Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period, as indicated in the confirmation.

4. Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You are responsible for cancelling subscriptions before renewal if you no longer wish to be charged.

We recommend setting a reminder to review your subscriptions before renewal dates to avoid unwanted charges.

5. Creators Manage Their Own Pricing

Creators set and manage their own subscription prices and content pricing. StarFanAI does not control or set prices for creator subscriptions or content.

If you have questions about pricing or wish to discuss pricing with a creator, you may contact the creator directly through the Platform's messaging features.

Creators may change their pricing at any time. Price changes will be communicated to subscribers, and you may cancel your subscription if you do not agree to new pricing.

6. Reactivation

If you cancel your subscription, you may reactivate it at any time through your account settings. Reactivation will begin a new billing cycle and you will be charged immediately upon reactivation.
