StarFanAI is a platform that allows creators to build and monetize AI-powered virtual influencers and companions through subscriptions, messaging, and digital content.
This Refund Policy explains our policies regarding refunds, cancellations, and chargebacks. Please read this policy carefully before making any purchase.
1. Digital Goods - Non-Refundable Once Delivered
All digital goods, including digital content, images, videos, and other digital media, are non-refundable once delivered.
Due to the nature of digital goods, once you have accessed, downloaded, or received digital content, refunds are not available. This includes:
- One-time purchases of digital content
- Pay-per-view (PPV) content
- Digital media downloads
- Any digital goods that have been delivered or accessed
By purchasing digital goods, you acknowledge that you understand and agree that sales are final once the content is delivered.
2. Subscriptions - Cancellation Before Next Billing
Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time before the next billing cycle. When you cancel a subscription:
- You will continue to have access to subscription benefits until the end of your current billing period
- No further charges will be made after the current billing period ends
- No refunds are provided for the current billing period or any unused subscription time

3. Chargebacks Handled by Stripe
All payment disputes and chargebacks are handled by Stripe Connect, our payment processor.
If you have a payment issue or dispute:
- Contact us first at support@starfanai.com to resolve the issue
- We will work with you to resolve payment disputes fairly and promptly
- If a chargeback is filed, Stripe will handle the dispute process according to their policies
Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in immediate account suspension or termination. We are committed to resolving payment issues fairly and encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback.

4. Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds may be considered only in exceptional circumstances at our sole discretion, such as:
- Technical Errors: If a technical error on our part prevents you from accessing purchased content for more than 48 hours, and we are unable to resolve the issue
- Duplicate Charges: If you are charged multiple times for the same transaction due to a Platform error
- Unauthorized Transactions: If you can demonstrate that a transaction was unauthorized and you reported it promptly
To request a refund for exceptional circumstances, contact us at support@starfanai.com within 14 days of the transaction date, providing transaction details and supporting documentation. Approval is not guaranteed.
5. Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, processing times vary by payment method:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days (subject to payment processor and bank processing times)
- Other Payment Methods: Varies by method and processor
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the transaction.
