ANTI-ABUSE & FRAUD POLICY

StarFanAI has zero tolerance for abuse, fraud, and illegal activity. Violations will result in immediate account suspension, termination, and reporting to authorities.
2.1. Identity Fraud
- Using false identity or impersonation
- Providing false information during registration
- Using stolen or fake identification documents
- Creating multiple accounts to evade restrictions
- Violation: Immediate permanent ban and reporting to authorities
2.2. Credit Card Fraud
- Using stolen credit cards
- Using unauthorized payment methods
- Chargeback fraud (disputing valid transactions)
- Payment method manipulation
- Violation: Immediate account suspension, legal action, reporting to payment processors and authorities
2.3. Stolen Content
- Uploading content you do not own
- Copyright infringement
- Using content from other creators without permission
- Violation: Content removal, account suspension, potential legal action
2.4. Underage Content
- Any content involving or depicting minors
- Content that appears to involve minors
- Violation: Immediate permanent ban, all earnings frozen, reporting to law enforcement authorities, legal action
2.5. Botting and API Abuse
- Automated account creation
- Automated content uploads
- API abuse or scraping
- Violation: Account suspension, IP ban, potential legal action
2.6. Platform Misuse
- Spam or harassment
- Manipulating platform systems
- Exploiting bugs or vulnerabilities
- Violation: Account suspension or termination
3.1. Account Suspension
- Temporary suspension for violations
- Suspension duration: 7-30 days depending on severity
- No access to account, earnings, or content during suspension
- Earnings may be frozen during suspension
3.2. Account Termination
- Permanent ban from Platform
- All content removed
- All earnings frozen
- No refunds or compensation
3.3. Earnings Freeze
- Earnings may be frozen during investigations
- Earnings may be frozen permanently if fraud is confirmed
- Frozen earnings may be used to cover chargebacks or damages
3.4. ID Verification
- Platform may request ID verification if suspicious activity is detected
- Failure to provide verification may result in account suspension
- Verification must be completed within 7 days of request
4.1. Creator Responsibility
- Creators must cover all damages if they break laws
- Creators are responsible for all legal costs
- Creators must indemnify Platform for any claims arising from their actions
4.2. User Responsibility
- Users are responsible for their actions on the Platform
- Users must comply with all applicable laws
- Users must indemnify Platform for fraudulent activities
5.1. Platform actively monitors for abuse and fraud
5.2. Automated systems detect suspicious activity
5.3. Reports from users are investigated promptly
5.4. Serious violations are reported to appropriate authorities
5.5. Platform cooperates with law enforcement investigations
6.1. Chargebacks on valid transactions are considered fraud
6.2. Chargeback fraud results in:
- Immediate account suspension
- Permanent ban
- Legal action
- Reporting to payment processors
- Reporting to credit bureaus
7.1. Uploading stolen content is strictly prohibited
7.2. Copyright infringement is strictly prohibited
7.3. Violations result in:
- Immediate content removal
- Account suspension
- Potential DMCA takedown
- Legal action by content owners
8.1. Zero tolerance for any content involving minors
8.2. Violations result in:
- Immediate permanent ban
- All earnings frozen
- All content removed
- Immediate reporting to:
* Law enforcement authorities
* National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC)
* Appropriate international authorities
- Full cooperation with investigations
- Legal action
9.1. Age Verification
- All creators must complete age verification
- All users must confirm they are 18+
- Additional verification may be required
9.2. Payment Verification
- Payment methods are verified
- Suspicious transactions are flagged
- Chargeback monitoring
9.3. Content Moderation
- Automated content scanning
- User reporting system
- Manual review of flagged content
10.1. Suspended or terminated accounts may appeal
10.2. Appeals must be submitted within 30 days
10.3. Appeals are reviewed on a case-by-case basis
10.4. Platform's decision on appeals is final
10.5. No appeals for serious violations (minors, fraud, illegal content)
12.1. We reserve the right to modify this Policy at any time
12.2. Material changes will be notified to users
12.3. Continued use constitutes acceptance of modified Policy
